What COVID-19 Measures do you have in place in Harry’s restaurants?
We have introduced a number of new safety measures in our restaurants to keep everyone safe. This includes:
- Safety Screens
- Order & Pay at Table – Available in some locations
- Traffic Light cleaning system
- Customer Safety Supervisors on every shift
- Daily team health checks
- Enhanced cleaning process
- Social distancing markers
- Digital Track & Trace using our free WiFi

Where’s my nearest Harry Ramsden restaurant?
Harry’s have over 30 Restaurants, Quick Service Restaurants and Takeaway outlets throughout the UK and Northern Ireland: you can find your nearest branch using our handy “Find Us” tool! Some of our restaurants remain closed, please bear with us as we reopen our remaining locations gradually.
Is car parking available?
Some of Harry Ramsden larger outlets feature on-site parking, while most others are close to public car parks. To find out more about specific facilities for each outlet, simply visit their page within the Our Restaurants section.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! All of our restaurants feature special Kids’ Menus for our younger diners, including tasty meal deals. In addition to fun Kids’ Activity sheets to keep youngsters entertained, most of our restaurants offer high chairs and baby changing facilities too. Please check with your chosen restaurant in advance though, just in case.
Do you accept group bookings?
We are not accepting bookings in any of our reopened restaurants at the moment. You’ll be seated when you arrive.
Do Harry Ramsden restaurants offer access for disabled customers?
Many of the larger restaurants offer wheelchair access and have excellent disabled facilities. However, in order to ensure you have the best experience possible we do recommend that you contact your chosen restaurant in advance to ensure it meets your specific requirements.
Do I need to book in advance?
No, we are not currently accepting bookings.
Do you accept credit/debit cards and cheques?
You can pay by most widely accepted credit and debit cards including Delta, Maestro MasterCard, Solo and Visa cards in all our restaurants. We regret that we do not accept payment by cheque. We also currently do not accept £50 notes in our restaurants and takeaways.
Are Vegetarian options available?
Our menus feature a selection of Vegetarian dishes, including our Halloumi Burger and Classic Caesar Salad. We use only corn or vegetable oils for our chips, making these Veggie Friendly, too – as, of course, are our famous mushy peas!
Do you cater for allergies?
While unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of nut or dairy products, where possible we will endeavour to cater for your needs and best advise of whether or not menu items are suitable or can be adapted depending on your requirements. We are unable to offer a Gluten Free Menu.
